6 pieces Thick Sliced Bologna
6 servings Instant Mashed Potatoes
Shredded Cheese (enough to top the potatoes)
Vegetable oil (a couple of tablespoons full)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare number of servings of potatoes according to number of guests. This recipe is for six servings. Fry whole pieces of bologna in oil (without cutting it). The bologna will turn up on the edges. Place the bologna on a serving plate. Add a large spoon of mashed potatoes in the center of the bologna. Top the potatoes with shredded cheese.
