1 can (14 3/4 oz.) Salmons
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, salt to taste
Vegetable oil, enough to pan fry

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, remove skin and bones; flake. Combine all ingredients but oil. Pan fry in oil using an iron skillet for about 5 minutes or until lightly brown, turn halfway through cooking time and brown other side.
