2 -4 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 - 8oz can biscuits (10 biscuits)
2 c mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 425º. Melt butter, stir garlic, parsley and garlic powder into butter. Pour butter mixture into pan. Roll the butter around the pan to coat Cut biscuits into 4 sections each. Place in pan, (I've started to lightly mix the sections in the butter so all pieces get coated and they pull apart better.)Top with both cheeses. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until biscuits are cooked through. Invert upside down onto a plate. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
