"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 1/2 cup pecan halves

Directions:
In a large bowl (I use a small trash bag!) combine the first six ingredients. Microwave about 1 minute the white chocolate (just enough so that you can stir it). Pour over the mixture and toss to coat. Immediately spread onto 2-3 baking sheets; let stand until dry (about 2 hours). Store in an airtight container.
This makes 4 large ziplop baggies! Enjoy my friends!
