Ingredients:  
3 bunches broccoli, uncooked
Chopped green onion (you decide how much)
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. red grapes (cut in half) or raisins
2 lbs. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled (add the next day)

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
4 T. Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar (Marukan is the brand any brand will do you can find it in the Chinese section)
c. sugar

Break up broccoli into bite size flowerettes. Add remaining salad ingredients, except bacon. Combine ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad and marinate overnight. Add the bacon the next morning. Serves about 16.
