2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
1/3 lg. onion
3 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. garlic salt
Dash celery salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. hot pepper or jalapeno cheese
1 pkg. lg. Fritos for dipping

Directions:
Cook, cool spinach saving 3/4 cup liquid, drain the rest well. Saute onion, add flour, milk, and spinach liquid. Add the remaining ingredients except spinach and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese melts. Add spinach. Serve in chafing dish and dip with Fritos. Really yum!
