1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 C milk
3/4/ C bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes - sliced
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies (drained)
1 C shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 400º. Grease pie plate 10 X 1 1/2. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate, top with chilies. Beat milk, biquick mix & eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes, top with tomatoes & cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
