1 cup rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can beef consommé soup
1 can water
1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet, put in onions, season with salt. Add all the other ingredients, stir and put in tightly covered Pyrex dish. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes
