6 cups of flour
3 cups of sugar
3 eggs
6 teaspoon baking powder
4 oz margarine
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp mixed spice
2 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup cooking wine
1 cup milk
Mixed dried fruits- currants,raisins, mixed peel cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder. Add all dry ingredients to flour and mix. Melt margarine in milk and then add wine. Beat eggs and then add to liquid. Mix well until mixture drops from spoon. Pour mixture into greased bun tin and bake at 300 -350º for 1 1/2 hours
