2 cups flour
1 1.2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons margarine
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced finely
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 cup broth
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten

For crust:
Preheat oven to 400. Use a large bowl and combine flour, curry, salt, margarine and shortening. Mix all and add water and mix again into a ball. Roll into oblong or log shape. Cut around parts. On a floured surface roll out in a circular shape. Put them aside.
On medium heat margerine in skillet with onion until soft. Stir in the beef, curry, salt and pepper. Add broth, breadcrumbs and thyme. Allow simmering. Use a spoon to put the filling onto the crust. Fold the crust and crimp the edge with a fork. Brush on egg.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
For vegetarian patty, you can use ready burger or boca ground burger.
