8 tablespoons chopped red onions
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
3-4 teaspoons McKay chicken seasoning
3-4 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon each pepper, cayenne, garlic powder & thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon juice with all seasoning and onion.
Refrigerate for 2 days. Serve and Enjoy!
