2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
1 c shredded swiss cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chicken flavor bouillon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tbsp chopped pimento
1 c evaporated milk

At 450, bake pie crust for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add remaining ingedients and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes,
