6 boneless chicken breasts
1 jar mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c.dry sherry or chicken broth
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Place chicken breasts in a 12 x 8 inch pan. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese. Combine the soup, sour cream and sherry. Blend and pour over chicken. Bake for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve
