2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 packet (1 oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch© Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in gallon size storage bag. Pour oil over potatoes. Seal bag and toss to coat. Add dressing mix and again seal & toss to coat. Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450° for 30-35 minutes or until potaotes are brown and crisp.
