Zucchini Appetizer Recipe

3 c zucchini with skin (sliced thin)
1 c Bisquick
1/2 c onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. parsley chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic finely chopped
dash of pepper
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c oil

Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.

Cut into bite size pieces and serve on crackers.
