Cake:
1 box swiss chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

Icing:
1 (16 oz.) carton cool whip
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 finely chopped chocolate bars

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake ingredients together - divide batter between 6 round cake pans and bake in 325º oven for 20 minutes. Let cool before icing.

For icing, soften cream cheese, mix with sugars until smooth. Add cool whip, chocolate and nuts.

Use lots of icing between layers - ice sides and top!!!
