2 lbs. round steak 1 can whole tomatoes 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 1/2 C. liquid such as water. (include juice from tomatoes) 1/2 C. diced onion 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp oregano 3/4 tsp. worcheshire sauce 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch mixed with water
Brown round steak. Mix all other ingredients in crockpot. Add steak. Cook on low heat all day. Serve with pasta or rice.
