Blend lard, flour and salt with pastry blender. Beat egg. Add vinegar and water. Mix well. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Mix just long enough for dough to hold together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Divide into 3 balls and roll out onto floured surface. Makes 3 pie crusts.
