3 eggs
1 c sugar
5 tbsp water
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c of favorite jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very light about 8 minutes. Add sugar gradually and add water beating well. Add flour, salt, baking powder and beat quickly, until well mixed. Bake 15 minutes at 375º lined with 15x10 pan with wax paper. Bake until lightly brown. Turn onto cotton towel covered with confectioners sugar and remove wax paper by cutting edges. Roll should start at short side. Cool on wire rack and unroll to spread with 1 cup jelly.
