9 oz crushed pineapple-do not drain
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 c sugar
Beat 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pineapple, cornstarch, and sugar until thick. Let let cool Beat 8 oz cream cheese, sugar, salt and 1 egg at a time and stir well. Add 1/2 c milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour into 9 inch pie plate and bake at 400º for 10 minutes and 325º for 45 minutes.
