3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. flour
3T. canola oil
1-2/3 c. whole kernel corn
1/8 t. pepper
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until light. Add corn, salt, flour, pepper and sugar. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat and fry until done.
