1 c raw Spanish peanuts 3/4 c sugar 1/2 c white corn syrup 1/4 c water
Mix and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes. When almost cooked and peanuts begin to pop; stir in 1 tsp soda. While still foaming pour onto greased cookie sheet. Let it spread and do not smooth. Let it set for about 30 minutes.
