1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 egg beaten
1/2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and mix rest in another bowl. Dip fish in dry mixture and then in milk mixture. You may dip twice if desired.
