Open clams on half shell
Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp melted butter on each clam
3 or 4 pieces of bacon on each clam
Chopped green pepper on each
Parsley flakes or oregano if desired and sprinkle grated cheese on top
Put ketchup on last

Directions:

Bake 10 min at 350 and put under broiler to brown for a few seconds.
