2 qts. Persimmons (seeds in) mashed to 2 C of Pulp
1 qt. Milk
2 eggs
2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 lump butter (1 stick)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake 350
for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Stir while baking.

This is my grandmother Tyner's recipe. My dad liked this so much he went to my Great Grandfather Havertick Farm and dug up trees and
