1 c. water 1 c. cashew nuts (raw) 1 t. sea salt 1 c. olive oil 1 fresh lemon 4 oz. Jar pimientos 1 t. onion salt 1 t. garlic powder 3 t. yeast flakes
Instructions: Place water, cashews, and sea salt in blender. Blend thoroughly. Add oil slowly until mixture thickens. Add lemon juice, pimientos and seasonings. Blend again, blending thoroughly. Use in anything that calls for cheese sauce.
