4 medium eggs
9-oz pkg cheddar cheese (3 cups grated)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate hot oven 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes
