3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 tbsp. of water
2 c flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs then add water.
Add flour and salt slowly and mix as you go.
can add yellow food coloring for yellow noodles.
roll out flat then cut into thin strips
place on plates to dry

This is Grandma Schultz noodle recipe. Our family favorite at holiday meals and anytime someone wants to make them. It is tradition to call ahead to make sure someone is making the noodles or we may not show up.
