3T. dark cocoa powder
3T. flour
1/2 c. hot tap water
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large boiler, combine cocoa, flour, and sugar. Add hot water; cook over low heat stirring constantly until all is dissolved. Stir in milk and continue stirring until gravy thickens. Serve over hot homemade biscuits or pancakes.
