10-12 large pears
5-6 bell peppers (half red;half green)
4-5 large onions
2-3 hot peppers (jalapeņo)
3 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar
1 t. salt
1t. celery seed
1 t. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely grind pears, peppers,and onions. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed. Mix thoroughly. Cook for 1-1/2 hours or until thick.
Seal in jars.
