3 cups mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons of chopped onions
2 cups rich soy milk
1 quart water
parsley or watercress

Directions:
Directions:
Boiled potatoes, then mash. Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of soy butter and serve.
