Ingredients:  
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 t. salt
3/4 stick butter
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar & salt thoroughly. Add milk. Stir until smooth. Cook on medium heat till it boils. When mixture starts to boil, turn down to low heat. Add vanilla & 1/2 stick butter. Cook until mixture rolls up in a ball. (Keep glass of water by the stove to drop in a small amount to see if it rolls up.)
Butter plate and spread fudge on plate. Cut in squares & serve.
