12 asparagus spears (or 1 bunch depending on your preference)
4 boneless chicken breasts
pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Flatten the chicken between 2 layers of plastic wrap with a food mallet. Season each breast with lemon juice and nutmeg. Roll the asparagus in the thin chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpick. Place the rolls seam-side down and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes.
