1 1/2 c corn oil
2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanills
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 c finely chopped apple
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar,eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and add sugar mixture, beating well. Stir in apple and nuts. Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bakr 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
