1 round steak cut thin
1 pkg. bacon
1 onion cut into thin slices
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak strips into 3-4 inch sections. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and then place one slice of bacon and onion onto it. Tie it into a roll with baking twine, roll it in flour, then brown on all sides in olive oil in a pan. Add the water and more if needed and simmer or 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Take the rolls out and add a little more water to the pan to make gravy with the leftovers to serve over the rolls.
