1 lb. ground beef
1 tbs. parsley
1/2 c. cream
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. Romano Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 lb. thin sliced sirloin steak

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the beef, parsley, cream garlic, and cheese together. Roll into meatballs. Then, put the egg and meatball on a slice of the steak and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve over penne pasta.
