Ingredients:  
2-3 strips of cooked bacon
1-2 tbs. butter
1/4 c. of any left over pre-cooked meat (ham, pork, beef, etc.)
2 c. long grain cooked rice cold
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. dry onion
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 egg
1/2 pkg frozen mixed vegetables, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat your bacon, onion, and meat slightly in the pan over butter. Then add the rice, soy sauce, and vegetables and heat over low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes. While the mixture is heating, fry/scramble your egg on the side and add. Lastly, mix in the green onion and serve.
