1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbs. parsley
1 16 oz. jar of apricot preserves
3/4 c. hot BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together, except the apricot preserves and BBQ sauce, and roll into small balls. Brown in a pan in a bit of olive oil then drain and place into baking dish. Mix the apricot and BBQ together and pour over the meatballs. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve on platter with toothpicks.
