1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 sweet onion
1 fresh pineapple
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 T teriyaki glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into large chunks and marinade in 3T teriyaki glaze for 1 hour (salt and pepper to taste). Cut peppers, onion and pineapple into large pieces. Alternate chicken, vegetables and pineapple onto skewers and baste the pineapple and chicken with the remaining teriyaki glaze. Broil on high for 5 minutes. Turn skewers and broil another 5 minutes.

Serves 4. Great with fried rice. Pair with a glass of chilled pinot grigio.
