1 can asparagus drained or 1 bunch fresh asparagus cut diagonally into 2" sections
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 tbs. butter
3/4 c. soda crackers, crushed
1 c. cheddar cheese in 1/4" cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well then add milk, salt and cracker crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Add asparagus and cheese, mix in. Melt and pour butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
