1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. butter, melted
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. potatoes peeled and sliced very thinly
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
pinch of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss the potato in the mix and put in 9x9" dish. Saute onion and garlic then put on top. Pour buttermilk and butter over the potatoes, onions, and garlic. Sprinkle with paprika. Add cheese if desired on top as well. Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours and serve.
