Oriental Chicken Salad Recipe

2-3 chicken breasts cut in 1" wide strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
10 oz. bag of spinach
2 c. of romaine lettuce, chopped
3 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Feel free to also add carrots, peas, mandrin orange slices, cabbage, etc.

Marinade the chicken strips in 1 tbs. soy sauce, 2 tbs. oil, garlic and half the lemon zest for several hours. Then, heat and brown in oil in a pan for 3-5 minutes until cooked. Add the remaining oil, soy, zest, and lemon juice and chill to serve. Mix the spinach, romaine, bean sprouts, seeds and salt and pepper. Toss with the chicken and juices. Enjoy!
