1 c. evaporated milk
8 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. parsley
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs. tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, vinegar, and spices together. Cut the tomatoes into very thin slices. Add the tomato and onion to the wet mixture. Mix, cool, and serve. Feel free to add cheese on top.
