1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans corn or 3 large ears of fresh corn
1 28 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
2 pkgs. of taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat, peppers, and onion together in a large pan. Then add kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Boil and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with grated Mexican cheese and chips (Fritos preferable).
