1 egg
1/2 c. butter melted and cooled
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1 c. cake flour
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbs. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet and preheat it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Measure out the bread sticks by using a 1/4 c. and then rolling them into mini loafs. You want to place the corn bread sticks onto the hot cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Great!
