1 24 oz. can of pumpkin
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients together first, then add the dry (minus the cake mix and butter). Pour into a 9 x 13" greased pan. Separately, mix the cake mix and 2 cubes of margarine together until the butter is broken up into pea-sized bits. Sprinkle the cake/butter mix over the pumpkin mix. Bake for 55-60 minutes and serve with whip cream.
