2 boxes of Kellogg's Herb crouton's.Others work in a pinch. 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix.I use two packages. 10 oz can of chicken broth. 1 large onion diced, a medium size bunch of celery diced including any fresh leaves. 1 stick of butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Saute celery and onion in butter until the onions are clear, set aside. In a large bowl combine croutons with crumbled corn bread, add celery and onions, stir. Add chicken broth and stir. Stuff turkey with the mixture, and put the rest in a casserole dish, cover and bake.
