2 qts. Hot banana peppers, drained
6-8 med. Onions diced into 1/2” chunks
6 cloves garlic minced fine (add or delete cloves to your taste
1/2 c. lemon juice concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and fill quart jars. (I use pint jars and give it away as gifts). Add vegetable oil to cover. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Should be room temperature. Olive oil can be used if using immediately but olive oil solidifies in the refrigerator.

This makes a great dipping sauce for the meat as well as for crusty artisan bread. Thinking about it right now has me wishing I had some lamb on the rod
