1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups chopped onion
1 16oz bag frozen corn
1 15.5oz can sloppy joe mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 28oz bag frozen mini tator tots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In medium skillet, combine ground beef and onions; cook over medium-high heat for 8 minutes, or until meat is browned and onions are soft. Drain well
In a large bowl; combine beef mixture, corn, sloppy joe mix, and 1 1/4 cups cheese.
Pour mixture into baking dish (11x7 or 2/1/2 quart)
top evenly with tator tots and remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes; or until browned and bubbly.

To Bake after freezing: Prepare casserole as directed, wrap well and freeze. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350º. Cover with aluminum foil, folding back 1 corner to vent. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and back 40 minutes longer or until browned and bubbly.
