1 cup ice
1 1/4 oz. vanilla vodka
3/4 oz. blue curaçao
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Place ice, vanilla vodka and blue curaçao in a blender. Add pineapple juice, then cover and blend on high for about 10 seconds. Pour mixture into a martini glass, then garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
